Extra Options - Complete the game in Normal Difficulty setting, save your game and this will unlock more options on the Main Menu.
More Extra Options - Complete the game in the Hard Difficulty Setting and save your game, the extra options are available on the Main Menu.
Unlock Everything - On the Options Screen hold down L1 + L2 + R1 + R2 and press CROSS UP CROSS UP DOWN SQUARE
