PlayStation / PSOne - Felony 11-97 Cheats
Change camera angle - For long distance viewing hold SELECT and press s during a game.
Extra vehicles - Delete all Felony 11-79 saved files from your memory card or insert one without, make sure you have controller two plugged in and use this and hold down TRIANGLE and then press R1 + R2 + L2 together. Release these while still holding down TRIANGLE in this order R2 L2 R1. You will hear a rumbling noise if this has been done correctly and you will now be able to select extra vehicles.
