Hidden Players - Complete the following tasks to gain access to the respective characters.
Have a total score of over 8000 points in 'Challenge 9' mode - ARNOLD LANG (Alexi Lalas)
Unlock the last 3 options in 'Challenge 9' mode - RUPRECH GOES (Ruud Gullit)
Score a total of at least 1500 points in all events - DAVID MAGELLAN (Diego Maradona)
Complete Arcade mode with normal difficulty - GREGORIO ZONARAS (Gianfranco Zola)
Have an accumulated overall score of 100 with any team in Vs CPU mode - MAURICE POLENC (Michel Plantini)
Win the International Cup with all countries in normal difficulty. Different teams will give you different players including ROLAND (Renaldo), EDGAR CAILAUX (Eric Cantona), POWEL GARDNER (Paul Gascoigne), GERALD WELLS (George Weah), MINORU KAI (Kazuyoshi Miura)
1998 World Cup France Mode - Select International Cup and highlight 'New Game/ Continue'. Then hold down L1 + L2 + R1 + R2 and press CIRCLE. You will now have all the teams the same as they were for the World Cup 1998 Final in France.
You can also hold down CROSS + SELECT + CIRCLE + START and press TRIANGLE to get the same result.
Random Character Selection - On the Character Selection screen press START + CIRCLE.
Random Team Selection - On the Team Selection screem press START + CIRCLE.
Alternate Demonstration Sequences - On the title screen hold down UP + DOWN + LEFT + RIGHT + L1 or L2 until the fmv starts.
